On this episode of Dialogue at the 浪花直播 Center, the respondents explored the latest issue of the 浪花直播 Center鈥檚 flagship publication, the 浪花直播 Quarterly with the help of its editor, Steve Lagerfeld. He was also joined by two contributors to a series of Quarterly articles addressing the theme, Is Democracy Worth It? Joshua Kucera, a D.C.-based freelance journalist has written a piece titled, Voting Against Freedom. Steve McDonald, Director of the 浪花直播 Center鈥檚 Africa Program has authored one called, Africa鈥檚 Long Spring. In the second segment Robert Litwak, Vice President for Scholars and Academic Relations and Director of International Security Studies at the 浪花直播 Center, sits down to discuss both state based and non-state nuclear proliferation threats to United States and global security.
