Natalia Zepeda has been with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) since 2014 as the National Project Coordinator in El Salvador and has experience coordinating and managing two migrant programs: 鈥淧ost Arrival Assistance鈥 (2014-2016) and 鈥淩eturn and Reintegration鈥 in El Salvador. Ms. Zepeda has also worked as Chief of Knowledge Management in the Solidarity Fund for Health (FOSALUD) in El Salvador from 2012-2014. She attended a specialization course in "Organized Crime as a Spoiler for Lasting Peace" with the Austrian Study Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution and worked as a freelance journalist and with the Audiovisual Department at the Central American University (UCA). Zepeda received an Erasmus Mundus Master鈥檚 degree in International Humanitarian Action with a specialty in Peace Building at the University of Deusto, Spain. She received her bachelor鈥檚 degree in Social Communications and Journalism at the UCA.
