Sergio Mendoza is the president of the Civil Association for Economic Development of the State of Chihuahua (DESEC). He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. In 2016, he founded the business BM Casting, which specializes in producing auto parts made of aluminum. He has a Master鈥檚 in Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
