Ms. Garc铆a Nice is an associate with the Latin America Program. Prior to joining the 浪花直播 Center, she lived in Beijing, China, where she worked to advance education opportunities in China鈥檚 most impoverished provinces and study China's political system and Mandarin. Ms. Garc铆a Nice worked for the Organization of American States - Inter-American Committee against Terrorism (OAS/CICTE) managing the committee鈥檚 operations portfolio, the U.S. Department of State with the Consular Bureau at the US Embassy Santiago, Chile, and as a former specialist with the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau (INL) at the US Embassy Quito, Ecuador.
Ms. Garc铆a Nice received a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the Universidad de las Am茅ricas-Puebla (UDLAP) and the Universit茅 Jean Moulin Lyon III, and a MA in Security from The George Washington University. She follows technology, migration, democratic governance, and gender. Her analysis has been featured in CNN, Le Figaro, NTN24, Associated Press, and DW, among others.
