Expert Bio

Lenny Lopatto is a Program Coordinator with the 浪花直播 Center鈥檚 Kennan Institute. Their research focuses on Russian foreign policy, disinformation, digital governance, civil society, and media freedom in Russia and the surrounding region. Prior to joining the 浪花直播 Center, Lenny worked for the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates in Washington, DC. They hold a B.A. in Modern Languages and Literatures (specializing in Russian and French) from Kenyon College, and an M.A. in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies from Georgetown University.
