Russian Military Intelligence at the Turn of the 20th Century
Project Summary
The project aims at a thorough study of archival documents and historiography on the problems of establishment and further development of military intelligence in Russia as one of the most important governmental institution during the reign of Nicolas II. A prior attention is given to the role played by MI in the war with Japan, 1904-1905.
